Sharon's School of Dance is proud to send off young dancers into the professional world. After years of hard work and dedication, we are honored to call these dancers Sharon's School of Dance Alumni!
Kimberly Fahnestock started her training at the age of five at Sharon’s School of Dance and was a member of the Sidney Dance Company for eight years. She has attended dance intensives through the Jordan Academy of Dance at Butler University, Cincinnati Ballet, Trinity-Laban Conservatory in Greenwich, London and most recently attended the American Dance Festival for six weeks in Durham, North Carolina on a staff assistant scholarship. Kimberly is a May, 2014 graduate of Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology as a Contemporary Dance Major and an Exercise Minor. She is currently lives in Chicago, IL where she dances with Project 606 Dance.
Mandy Milligan was raised in Sidney, Ohio and began dancing at a very early age at Sharon's School of Dance. She attended Interlochen Arts Academy, graduating with the honor of most improved student in 2010. She attended the University of Cincinnati's College Conservatory of Music where she received her BFA in Dance Performance. While at UC she was an apprentice with Mamluft&Dance Co. and also studied abroad at the Beijing Dance Academy in China. Mandy's favorite performances include Myrtha from Giselle; Alessio Silvestrin's Work 2013; Judith Makita's And Rivers of Delight; and Micheal Tevlin's ...And Ye Shall Be As Gods. Mandy now dances in a modern dance company, Dance Kaleidoscope in Indianapolis, IN.
After her time at Sharon's School of Dance and Sidney Dance Company, Cayla Roberts went to Wright State University for dance, graduating in 2014. Cayla joined the Trainee program with Fort Wayne Ballet in Indiana upon graduation, then moved to Chicago to dance with Project606 Dance.
