Offering Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Pointe, Musical Theater, Contemporary, Acro, Hip Hop and more!

  • Ballet and Tap classes are offered for ages 2.5+ (must be potty trained)

  • Acro, Jazz, and Hip Hop are offered for ages 5+

  • Contemporary, Pre Pointe, and Musical Theater classes are offered for ages 8+

  • Pointe classes are offered at the discretion of the Director

  • Students advance at the discretion of the instructor(s) as technique and maturity develop

  • Students are automatically enrolled for the following quarter unless the office is notified otherwise

The dance season is divided into quarters and each quarter is 8 weeks long.

Quarter 1   Tuesday September 5 - Saturday October 28

Quarter 2   Monday October 30 - Saturday January 20

Quarter 3   Monday January 22 - Saturday March 23

Quarter 4   Monday March 25 - Saturday May 18​

The following breaks are observed for holidays and SDC production weeks:

Fall Break (Thanksgiving)

November 22 – November 25

PRICING

2022-2023 Class Rates

All rates are per quarter for one class a week

30 minute class   $77 per quarter

45 minute class   $82 per quarter

60 minute class   $87 per quarter

75 minute class   $92 per quarter

Other Fees:

Registration Fee                   $15 once per year

  • Payments accepted: cash, check to Sharon’s School of Dance or online at sharonsschoolofdancesidney.com

  • Tuition payment is due the first week of each quarter

  • Invoices are sent 2 weeks prior the start of the next quarter

  • Accounts not paid by the 2nd week of the quarter forfeit all discounts and are subject to a $5 late fee per class

  • Refunds are not given for missed classes, but make up classes are available​

  • Returned checks are subject to a $25.00 fee per occurrence

Discounts:

Offered for students taking multiple classes

(any combination of classes)

2 classes       $6 per quarter

   3 classes       $11 per quarter

   4 classes       $16 per quarter

   5+ classes     $25 per quarter

Scholarships:

Limited need-based scholarships are available
